Why We Built Melo Surf & Yoga in Morocco
We created this place for the kind of people we’d love to hang out with: surfers, yogis, travelers, seekers, and those who crave something real. A Place Where You Belong. Here’s a little bit about how it all began.
The story behind Melo
Melo Surf & Yoga was born from a shared love of the ocean, slow mornings and meaningful travel.
After years of dreaming (and surfing!), we finally found our little corner in Morocco – a place where we could bring people together through waves, movement and connection.
We didn’t want a big resort. We wanted a space that feels personal, warm and real. A home – not a hotel.
Today, we welcome guests from around the world to join our little community, to surf, stretch, eat well and simply be.

From Switzerland, Elora is your first point of contact for bookings and questions. She's also responsible for creating content and makes sure the website is up to date.

Born and raised in nearby Anza, Mehdi knows the local surf spots like the back of his hand. With his laid-back vibe and deep passion for the ocean, he's always ready to get you stoked on surfing.

A local from Aourir, Youness brings good energy to every session. He loves helping others catch waves and grow their confidence in the water.

Grown up in Aourir, Yahyah knows the local waves like no one else. He brings calm energy, deep knowledge and endless stoke to every session.
